Meet Ashley Walker, PA-C

Ashley Walker became a physician assistant after spending several years in the operating room at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital as a surgical assistant working with various plastic and vascular surgeons in the area. She moved to more direct patient care in order to have more continuity of care and build relationships with her patients.

Ashley continues to work together with the surgeons in both the clinic setting and the operating room, thus allowing her to be part of every aspect of care. She works hand-in-hand with our plastic surgeons to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to her patients. She received a Master of Physician Assistant and Certified Surgical Assistant from Eastern Virginia Medical School.

Outside of work, Ashley loves spending time with her husband, children, and dog. She enjoys hanging out by the pool or participating in any other outdoor activities. In her free time, she also thoroughly enjoys cooking and experimenting in the kitchen, reading, and trying the local breweries and coffee shops in the area.
