Meet Rachel Powell, NP-C

Rachel Powell became an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner after spending years as a bedside RN to various patient populations at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, as well as in private practice. She is passionate about creating positive experiences and trusting relationships with her patients.

Rachel received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from The George Washington University and her undergraduate nursing degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym, drinking black coffee, having fun outdoors, baking sourdough bread, and cozying up to her 2 cats.
